Amelia Concourse Reservations

Amenity Reservations are granted on a first come, first service basis.  Once the Online Amenity Reservation form has been filled out, Amenity Staff must receive payment within 72 hours of the reservation.

  • The reservation fee is $50 for up to 25 guest in Amenity Room.  The refundable security deposit is $125.  PAYMENT FOR FEE AND SECURITY DEPOSIT MUST BE TWO SEPERATE CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS.  If you are paying via credit card, security deposit is not needed.  Please make checks payable to Amelia Concourse CDD!

  • Payments for the reservation can made online via credit card or dropped off with staff at Amenity Center or Mailed to:  Amelia Concourse CDD c/o First Coast CMS  352 Perdido Street, Saint Johns, FL  32259.  We use Paypal as the processor but you do not need an account to pay via credit card.  Just click on "Pay without signing in" and you will bypass the Paypal login.

  • Currently, the only forms of payment are credit/debit card, Personal Check, Money Order, or Cashier's check

  • Online Calendar may not be up to date so it is the responsibility of the resident to confirm availability of reservation prior.
