Amelia Concourse Reservations

Amenity Reservations are granted on a first come, first service basis.  Once the Online Amenity Reservation form has been filled out, Amenity Staff must receive payment within 72 hours of the reservation.

  • The reservation fee is $50 for up to 25 guest in Amenity Room.  The refundable security deposit is $125.  PAYMENT FOR FEE AND SECURITY DEPOSIT MUST BE TWO SEPERATE CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS.  Please make checks payable to Amelia Concourse CDD!

  • Payments for the reservation can be dropped off with staff at Amenity Center or Mailed to:  Amelia Concourse CDD c/o First Coast CMS  352 Perdido Street, Saint Johns, FL  32259

  • Currently, the only forms of payment are Personal Check, Money Order, or Cashier's check

  • Online Calendar may not be up to date so it is the responsibility of the resident to confirm availability of reservation prior.
