Alta Lakes Amenity Reservations
Amenity Reservations are granted on a first come, first service basis. Once the Online Amenity Reservation has been filled completed, staff will review and contact you with further forms that must be completed. Amenity Staff must receive payment within 72 hours of the reservation or reservation will be cancelled.
The reservation fee is $150 for up to 20 guest in Amenity Room OR 25 Guest for the Pool Deck Pavilion. The refundable security deposit is $250 for those NOT paying by credit card. PAYMENT OF SECURITY DEPOSIT MUST BE BY CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS. NO CASH! Please make checks payable to Alta Lakes CDD! If you pay by credit card, you agree to abide by the terms of the card issuer and agree to additional charges for damages/cleaning fee by First Coast CMS if necessary. You will be contacted by First Coast CMS staff if damages are discovered, or additional cleaning is needed prior to additional charges being applied.
Payments for the reservation (pay later options) can be dropped off in the drop box at the Amenity Center (left of the Amenity Rental Room)
Currently, the forms of payment are Credit Card (if paying online) Personal Check, Money Order, or Cashier's check
