Notice to Current Residents

Amenity Management is in the process of currently auditing our resident access cards database.  We have found that many former residents have retained the amenity access cards and continue to take advantage of the River Glen Amenities.  In order to complete the audit, we request that each household fill out a new Amenity Registration form and provide their current Amenity Card numbers, listed on each access card in their possession.  The process is simple and can be done by filling out the form on the link below.  We request that all registrations are received by March 1st, 2020.  After March 1st, access will be temporarily suspended until we can verify the cards.  We only need one registration per household.  We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Event schedule and amenity reservations

Please contact the facility manager, Ron Jones regarding availability for reserving the room or pavilion  Please note that reservations are not final until both deposit and fee have been received and cleared district accounting.  Rentals are first come, first serve.
